The estimated shipping date will always be shown on the product page before purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will ship within the stated timeline.

You may cancel your order any time before shipping begins for a full refund.

Once your order has shipped and tracking information has been generated,
the order can no longer be canceled.
