Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size or item,
please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

3. refund method

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Store credit is not offered as a refund option.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
  • With all original tags and labels attached

Items not suitable for resale are not eligible for refund.

Final Sale items are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label.

In certain cases, you may be asked to dispose of the item instead of returning it.

 

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement of the same item (same size), or
  • A full refund including original shipping costs.

Return shipping will be covered by Budy’s Bestie for approved defective or incorrect items.

  • We currently do not collect U.S. sales tax.

As our business grows, applicable U.S. sales tax may be added to product prices in accordance with local regulations.
